Our Year 3 and 4 pupils brought the house down with their brilliant performance of the musical Chickalita.
As Mr Barker, Headmaster, describes: "It was extraordinary; these children are only 7 and 8 years-old and yet they were able to remember so many lines, dance with props, act, sing and dance as a team as well as delivering the puns with perfect, comic timing.
"We loved it and it was great to see some of the children really come out of their shells and we look forward to seeing that continue. Lucky children to have these opportunities."

The costumes and the make-up were out of this world - what a triumph for our junior department, our music team and our Drama Director Ed Cousens!
"All the children performed so well, the music was super and catchy (perhaps too much so that you find yourself humming it!), the outfits brilliantly bright and the general atmosphere was confident and fun-filled. HUGEST congratulations to all our young actors. A big thank you as well to the Year 8 pupils, who were in charge of sound and lighting, Harriet Baxendale for the costumes and to our amazing parent volunteers who orchestrated and painted all the farm animals' faces!
