Boarders are articulate and exuberant in their appreciation of boarding at the school.
ISI REPORT 2016
Part-time boarding is ideal for children who want to stay at school on a regular basis from one to four nights a week. Sometimes this is to enable the child to enjoy the full experience of Westbourne House, sometimes to avoid a daily journey and sometimes simply to fit in with hectic family schedules.
- Year 3 and 4 pupils can choose to dip their toe in the water with just one night of boarding or more, which includes the Boarders’ Adventure Badge.
- Year 5 and 6 pupils board for two or more nights in a row, which includes the Boarders’ Adventure Badge.
- Year 7 and 8 pupils board for three or more consecutive nights per week.
Our boarders reap the benefits: confidence, independence and strong friendships.
