Welcome to our virtual tour! What we love about this film is the way it was created. The children, from Year 4 to Year 8, were asked questions about a specific sphere of school life and so the film reflects the children's own thoughts and opinions. We hope you enjoy this unique insight into Westbourne House School.
As a school, we make the most of our expansive natural surroundings, both within the school grounds and beyond, to enrich the children's learning experiences. We have a long tradition of taking lessons outdoors when possible; whether this is to study mini beasts in our woods or to 'feel' the first signs of spring to inspire descriptive writing.
On each curriculum page, you will find a description of how we make the most of local geographical features such as the beach at West Wittering or the Trundle on the South Downs; historical landmarks such as the Roman Palace in Fishbourne; and our local cultural centres such as Pallant House Gallery and Chichester Festival Theatre.
