Our Junior Choir, which is made up of children from Years 3 and 4, brought huge smiles and happiness to everyone at West Sussex-based Sage House - a community hub for people with dementia.
The children sang Christmas carols beautifully and many of the older people visiting the centre joined in.
The centre in Tangmere was set up by the charity Dementia Support to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for local people living in the community with dementia, their family and carers.
