Colour Fun & Run for Years 2&3

Join us for a colour activity morning with our teachers, followed by family picnics in the grounds and the Colour Run!

This event is for children in Years 2 & 3 at local primary schools.

Timings:

• 10am-12pm: Colour-themed activity with Westbourne House teachers and specialist art teacher making colourful clay thumb pots and stained glass window art.
• 12pm- 1pm: Parents/families join their child for a picnic in the school grounds
• 1pm: The colour run begins! Children (and parent(s) if they wish) take part. Participants will set off in small groups. You can walk, skip, hop, jump or run your way around the 3K course. It is not a timed event. At each kilometre mark, participants run through coloured powder paint - you end up looking as though you've run through a rainbow!
