Dominic Bailey

Moving back from London to my home town, I joined the Pre-Prep team in 2016 and have loved every minute here at Westbourne House. I feel so lucky to be around such talented, happy and engaged children, and to work alongside an outstanding and inspiring team.

Originally from a musical background, I often find ways to weave the joy of music into the school day. I believe installing a sense of fun and wonder, and giving children the confidence to take risks are the fundamental building blocks in a child’s education.

Individuality is key here at Westbourne, as summed up by one of my pupils: “not everyone can be the best at everything, but everyone can be the best at being themselves!” (Coco, 2DB).
