Book your child's place on our Three-Week Immersion Programme

The below form is to be completed by those with parental responsibility (1) for the child.

Payment

  • A refundable deposit of £500 is required on booking. (2)
  • Payment needs to be made in full three months ahead of the start of the immersion course.  You can select whether to pay £3,600 in full or in three monthly payments of £1,200.
  • If you cancel two months in advance of the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within one month's notice.

(1) Parental responsibility is defined in the Children's Act 1989 as "all rights, duties, powers and responsibilities and authority by law a parent of the child has in relation to the child and his or her property." It equates to the legal responsibility for the child. If you have any doubts about whether you do or do not have parental responsibility for the child, you may wish to seek legal advice.

(2) Your deposit will be returned to you in full once your child has been returned to you, providing not damages are to be paid for.
