Year 3 enjoyed a wonderful visit from author Kaye Umansky, who is best known for her Pongwiffy series of stories that are enjoyed by children all around the world. Kaye has written over 130 books for children.
Kaye was enormous fun and the children were totally captivated by her animated presentation.
She discussed becoming an author with the children and what a wonderful, inspiring and fulfilling job it is. She was impressed by the children’s own creative ideas and enjoyed an informal lunch alongside the children.
