Our Year 6 pupils had a brilliant day taking part in the Science Competition at Lancing College.
Science teacher, Emily Day, said: “Twelve of our budding young scientists were tested on their individual science knowledge as well as their collaboration skills alongside eight other local schools. With teams of biologists, chemists and physicists, they were also challenged on a variety of topics from bird nest building through to making a cube more aerodynamic.
"Our students were very focussed and really enjoyed the challenge and came back with big smiles and even more enthusiasm for science.”
We are very proud of our team who came third and one of our pupils who came in the top three.
