“Our Isola Ski Trip 2026 was all about shared goals - to learn to ski or improve our skiing,” said Year 1 teacher and one of the tour leaders, Mr Bailey.
“We took a group of 36 and there was great respect and encouragement for everyone regardless of their age or starting point. It was amazing to watch the beginner group go from the almost flat, nursery slopes to speeding down red runs by the end of the five days.”

Blue skies, the sheer scale of the mountains and even wandering mountain goats coupled with shared evening meals, disco moves, quiz nights - not to mention the ski Olympics, helped our pupils build new friendships and not be afraid to make those ‘magical mistakes’ that help us learn
