In glorious Westbourne House School tradition our senior boarders led the torchlit procession to light our annual bonfire. It took a while to get going but the children were very patient and soon enough a huge crackle emerged and a mountain of flames.
All our boarders and their families as well as our onsite staff and their families joined together in the school grounds for sparklers, a fantastic firework display followed by delicious soup and hot chocolate. "It was excellent fun," said one of our matrons "... and "the fireworks were really amazing," said the Year 5 boys.
