Westbourne House School hosts secret art exhibition
The WHS Secret Art Show, 23 - 29 March, will exhibit postcard-sized masterpieces created by children, adults, amateur artists, professional artists, VIPS and celebrities.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to buy postcards for £5 not knowing whether it is painted by a child in Year 4 or a famous artist! The name of the artist is revealed once you buy the postcard. All proceeds to our school charities.
Create a postcard and support our charities (by 14 March)
By contributing to the WHS Secret Art Show, you are supporting the local, national and international charities listed below.
All you have to do is:
- Create an A6 (postcard sized) personal masterpiece that fits with the theme of 'colour'. This can be interpreted as creatively as you wish and you can choose
- landscape or portrait
- your medium (paint, print, collage, photographic etc)
- Put your name and contact on the back
- Post to Westbourne House or deliver to the school office by 14 March 2019

The charities you are supporting are:

Chichester Down Syndrome Support Group: provides support to local children with Down Syndrome, as well as their families, in the Chichester and Arun districts of West Sussex. The group offers a large range of activities as well as providing funding for private speech and language therapy.

Team UnLimbited: prints 3D hands for children who were born without them. They share their designs nationally and internationally and work on developing and improving the devices that are on offer.

Sausage Tree Charity, which advances the education and well-being of children in the Luangwa Valley, Zambia.

Westbourne House Bursary Fund: for local children who have strong potential in academics, music or sport, but who otherwise wouldn't have access to a Westbourne House education.
