30th September 2017, from 10.30am
Our Family Fun Days are designed to enable families to enjoy some of the delights of the school grounds and facilities and spend time together with other families and teachers over a picnic lunch. They also provide an opportunity for families interested in Westbourne House to visit the school, meet teachers, parents and pupils, experience a bit of our family-orientated environment and enjoy some fun activities.
Past events include a Robin Hood-inspired Autumn Fun Day and a summertime Westbourne On The Water event, during which parents and children have taken part in activities such as canoeing, climbing, archery, building forest dens and campfires, plus face painting and treasure hunts.
Come and join us at 10.30am on Saturday 30th September for a whole host of activities like canoeing, campfire cooking, blindfold nature trail, archery, treasure hunt and much, much more. The activities are ideal for children aged 2 to 10, so bring the whole family and stay for a bit to eat in our lovely grounds.
A tour of the Prep School will be offered before the event at 9.30am, led by Prep School pupils; a tour of the Pre-Prep will commence at 2pm, led by Victoria Homewood, Head of the Pre-Prep.
