At Westbourne House, we have a large variety of positions at the School to ensure that the Westbourne experience is enjoyed by the children, parents, visitors and staff alike.
All our staff benefit from the use of School facilities whilst not in use by the school or outside clubs (for example use of the swimming pool/tennis courts/squash courts/sports hall). We also provide lunch for all staff who are scheduled to teach both before and after lunch and for all support staff. Hot and cold drinks are available at break times. We also provide childcare vouchers and the cycle to work scheme. We have the Teachers Pension Scheme and all support staff/non teachers are auto-enrolled onto the Westbourne House pension scheme.
We encourage our staff to be involved in the Westbourne Community and we hold many charity fundraising events throughout the year such as school fete's and Charity balls and 'dress up' days! From time to time social events are organised and staff are encouraged to participate in planning and enjoying these.
